"The counterpart of the Ferrum Chardonnay, the 2023 Litigo comes from Peter-Allen Finlayson's estate. This is perfumed with wilted rose petal scents and vivacious red fruit—a little Volnaysian in style. The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy red fruit and a welcome pepperiness from the 30% whole bunches. The finish not long, but it’s well defined with pleasing tension. Give this a year in bottle."

"Last made in 2019, this comes from the Shaw's Mountain sub-region of the Overberg and is part of a sublime range of Pinot Noirs from Peter-Allan Finlayson. Fermented with 75% whole bunches, it's a judicious blend of the 115 and 667 clones with scented, spicy intensity, lots of zip and focus, savoury tannins and flavours of goji berry, pomegranate and orange zest. 2025-38"
