"The 2022 Riesling Tonschiefer is from the single site Oberhäuser Leistenberg, on weathered Tonschiefer or shale. The nose opens with ripe, mellow notes of ripe stone fruit and dandelion blossom, suggesting bold richness. The palate is a lithe and beautiful vision of lemony, bright citrus. The 2022 is animated with concentration, verve and a stony, lemony, almost austere finish. (Bone-dry)"
