"This has aromas of jasmine, almonds, vanilla, tarte tatin and poached pears. Excellent balance, with a medium body, soft bubbles and bright acidity. So clean, you almost forget about the sweetness. Blend of pinot noir with chardonnay and meunier. Around 40% reserve wines. 45g/L dosage."
