"The 2023 Belgrave is a notable success in this vintage, revealing aromas of dark wild berries, flowers, dark cherries and licorice. Medium- to full-bodied, layered and concentrated, it is well-balanced and framed by powdery tannins that extend into a long, mineral finish marked by a distinctly Médocain character."
Yohan Castaing, April 2026, RobertParker.com

"The 2023 Belgrave has a strong tobacco-scented bouquet, ample black fruit, a little unrefined, but there is energy here. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins. Nicely balanced, gentle grip with a slightly short finish, it is a straight-down-the-line, decent claret that needs 2 or 3 years in bottle."
Neal Martin, February 2026, Vinous.com

"The 2023 Belgrave is a seriously beautiful, vivid wine. Blackberry, crème de cassis, licorice, espresso and mint are some of the many nuances that start to take shape in the glass. Give this a few years to be at its finest."
Antonio Galloni, March 2026, Vinous.com

"Brooding on the nose, with fresh blackberries and dried flowers. The palate is marked by richly textured dark-fruit flavors, showing firm, incisive tannins and a vibrant acidity that holds everything together. Very attractive and structured. A blend of 60% cabernet sauvignon and 40% merlot. Drink now or hold."
James Suckling, January 2026, JamesSuckling.com

"A little austere, as it was En Primeur, give it another few years in the bottle, as this very much embraces its location on the Pauillac borders, with firm tannins, more linear than wide, great quality to the blue and black fruits, very much on the savoury side. 30% new oak for ageing."
