"The 2025 Doisy-Daëne has an intense nose with plenty of botrytised fruit, wonderful delineation, quite nuanced this year, with quince and light white peach scents intertwined with saffron. The palate is well balanced with a keen line of acidity, so pure and quite minerally, yet your senses are just awash with that layered botrytised fruit that lingers in the mouth. What a stunning Barsac."
Neal Martin, May 2026, Vinous.com

"The 2025 Doisy-Daëne is aromatic, lifted and sculpted. Green apple, pear, jasmine and crushed rocks are finely delineated in an airy Barsac that has so much to offer. The 2025 can be enjoyed young for its freshness, but it clearly has the energy and pedigree to age into an exceptional sweet wine over time."
Antonio Galloni, April 2026, Vinous.com

"Dense and creamy, with honey and spice aromas. Medium-bodied with a delicious pastry and spice character balancing the sweetness. Elegant and flavorful."
James Suckling, April 2026, JamesSuckling.com

"Another exceptional name in the Barsac appellation, showcasing the opulence of the vintage, with cloves, gunsmoke, papaya, grilled pineapple. Extremely concentated. Yield 13 hl/ha. 33% new oak"
Jane Anson, April 2026, JaneAnson.com

"Sweet and pure, this has real clarity with a lightly framed core of stone peach fruit and cool baked apple flavours. Lacks a touch of flesh. I like the cool lemon and lime, peach and pear but this isn’t super long. It’s refined with purity but want more. Ends stony and mineral which is nice."
