"An attractive effort, the 2023 Gloria offers up aromas of dark berries and plums mingled with subtle hints of violets and licorice. It's medium to full-bodied, taut and lively, with good depth and persistence. This blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet France is the third and final vintage of organic conversion at Gloria."
William Kelley, April 2024, RobertParker.com
"The 2023 Gloria has a well-defined bouquet with a mixture of red and blueberry fruit, crushed violet and peony, quite Margaux-like in style. The palate is medium-bodied with finely tuned tannins, quite fresh and vibrant, not a powerful Saint-Julien but this has developed more clarity and nuance during its élevage. Very fine."
Neal Martin, February 2026, Vinous.com
"The 2023 Gloria is a total delight. Medium in body and vibrant, with terrific energy, the 2023 is seriously impressive. It is easily one of the sleepers of this vintage. Blood orange, crushed flowers and cinnamon weave through a core of red-toned fruit. There's a fair amount of Merlot in the blend, which adds to the wine's open-knit character. What a total delight."
Antonio Galloni, March 2026, Vinous.com
"Deep but also floral on the nose, with crushed violets, fine dark spices, morello cherries and blueberries. Fleshy, al-dente and almost full-bodied, with fresh, fine-grained tannins and a long, juicy and expressive finish with lots of blue fruit. A blend of 50% cabernet sauvignon, 35% merlot, 10% petit verdot and 5% cabernet franc. Drink from 2027."
James Suckling, January 2026, JamesSuckling.com
"This estate is always a good barometer of a vintage, and it delivers ripe blackberry fruits, liqourice root, black chocolate, iris, violet. Last year of organic conversion, 38% new oak, 51hl/h yield."
