"The Drouhins have a generous 1.5 ha split in two parcels on the left side of the valley. Seeking ideal ripeness, they harvested three different times. The effort yielded a beautiful, charismatic Vaudésir with good acidic chisel firming up the generously ripe fruit. Wild peaches, cantaloupe, straw and juniper give this satisfying complexity."
