Jermann, Friuli: An organic and biodynamic estate using zero fertilisers, pesticides, or chemical residues, founded in 1881 in the cooler, North of Italy. Their range is extensive but focuses on promoting biodiversity. ‘Tunina’ is their most famous white, but I have a real soft spot for their Ribolla Gialla and Pinot Bianco, both very affordable and intriguing.
