"The 2018 Brunello di Montalcino Vigna Ferrovia blossoms in the glass with a bouquet of dusty dried flowers and black cherries complemented by violet pastille. This displays silky textures, a pleasant inner sweetness and a dense wave of ripe wild berry fruits contrasted by orange and dark chocolate. It leaves a coating of fine-grained tannins and mint to linger on while finishing long, structured and built for the cellar. This elegant Vigna Ferrovia is a seductress."
