"Gunsmoke reduction, flinty, pale yellow-grey, citrus, lemongrass, on same plateau as the reds, planted in 2019 largely. Quite different in shape and feel to the Clos Marsalette, as is often the case between these two wines. Harvest 9 to 11 September. 20% new oak. 28hl/ha yield, 3.15ph. Some of this Sauvignon Blanc is in fact Sauvignon Gris."
