"The 2023 Bourgogne Blanc, 100% Pinot Blanc, has a primal, grapefruit-scented nose that develops a light fennel aroma with aeration. The palate is well balanced with fine depth. What I appreciate is the texture on the finish that makes up for the aromatics."
