"Really heady and a different class on the nose from most of these wines! Unashamed use of top-quality oak. Saline. Very juicy and rewarding, but cool, too. The only Niellon wine most of us could afford in a restaurant? Does deliver though. (I wonder why he sells only in dozens?)"

"Lucie reports that they are considering making a parcellaire bottling one day, yields permitting. Some of the Chassagne was raised in tank, with 25% new wood for the barrels. Pale lemon. A little more character to the nose, a touch of biscuit from the barrel, middleweight, some flesh and good length. Drink from 2028-2031. Tasted Oct 2025."
