"The 2023 Bourgogne Aligoté was racked two weeks before my visit. It has quite a vibrant nose with lemon thyme, light apple blossom and a slight wax resin scent. The palate is medium-bodied with an attractive texture, though it is just missing a little nervosité and bite on the finish."
