"There is a touch of mentholated herbal tea to the pretty and pure essence of red berry fruit. Like the nose, there is a lovely sense of freshness and verve to the focused, intense and well-defined medium-bodied flavors that exhibit good minerality on the youthfully austere, refined and sneaky long finish. Like several wines in the range this velvety effort needs to add depth but the underlying material is sufficient to allow that to happen."

"Pretty mid purple, a little bit of reduction on the nose. Attractive on the palate without great length. This is quite fruit forward with a little bit of vanilla oak to finish. Actually, there is more length and class to this than I spotted at first. Tasted Sep 2021."
