"The 2025 Château d'Arsac demonstrated quite a lot of reduction on the nose when I tasted it. The palate is medium-bodied with soft tannins on the entry, fine acidity, but it seems to lose some focus and freshness towards the finish. Par for the course."

"A textural and precise Margaux showing red berry and forest floor aromas. Medium-bodied with fine tannins. Supple on the mid-palate with a crunchy finish."
James Suckling, April 2026, JamesSuckling.com
"Brambled berry fruit, orange peel, pomegranate, slate and pumice stone. This starts out with promise, a little short on the finish. Harvest 10 to 20 September. 14% press wine. 39 hl/ha. 3.7 pH. 30% new oak."
Jane Anson, April 2026, JaneAnson.com
"Round and chewy with a lovely approachability to this with rose petals and ripe but also mouthwatering strawberries matched to really quite present and intense tannins but not drying. It’s on the more fuller, plusher side but this will soften. Good potential. "
