"The 2023 Meursault Village has a lovely nose, perhaps the best of the white Village Crus from Drouhin, with lovely yellow fruit and melted butter aromas. The latter comes through on the palate with a countervailing saltiness toward the finish. This is recommended."

"Cask sample. Very slightly creamy on the nose, acacia blossom. This is good. The energy runs like a lightning rod through the wine, through the acidity, making the fruit crack and snap with vigour. The attack is full frontal and then it swoops into a circle and fills every corner. Chiselled stoniness but every groove is filled with juicy white-yellow fruit. For a village-level wine, this is fabulous. Touch of cedar on the finish, but it’s slight and doesn’t define the wine."
Tamlyn Currin, November 2024, JancisRobinson.com
"Fine lemon and lime from Drouhin’s stable source in Meursault, a little fuller and richer than the other two main villages, but with a fresh aspect to the generous fruit which works very well. Excellent aftertaste,"
