"The 2023 Pinot Grigio Dessimis is a remarkably pretty platinum pink. It mixes incense with dusty dried flowers and ginger-infused peach. This wine sweeps across the palate, seamless yet finessed in style, with a cascade of sweet herbal tones and crisp nectarine and peach, all riding a wave of cooling acidity. It is gently structured and long, leaving a spicy twang that puckers the cheeks as a pleasantly bitter tinge lingers."
