"The 2015 Malbec is very floral and bright mixing grapes from different zones in Mendoza, showcasing the grape in the province. The palate is very elegant, soft, with a fresh note that they tell me might come from some 5% Merlot from Tupungato that is used in the blend. Super! 240,000 bottles produced."

"(14.5% alcohol; a blend of terroirs): Bright ruby-red. Musky, lightly meaty scents of blackberry, blueberry, mocha and spices; still shows a touch of reduction. Plush, very ripe and chocolatey, with dominant flavors of dark berries, plum, graphite, menthol and spicy oak. Doesn't have quite the class of the Cabernet but sweet, smooth, substantial and alive. The tannins are seamless and fine-grained, and this wine is delicious already."
