"The 2024 Cervaro della Sala entices with an array of crushed oyster shells, almond paste, smoke and vividly ripe white peach. It’s silken and elegant, with vibrant acidity alongside depths of white florals and confectionery spice. The 2024 finishes long and refined, as nuances of lemon sorbet join a tactile mineral inflection. This serious vintage of Cervaro della Sala is wonderfully harmonious."
