"The 2025 Peter Max is a Pinot Noir that is 50% de-stemmed and aged for 10 months in used oak barrels. It has an open bouquet with brambly redcurrant and cranberry scents, a little rustic in style and open-knit. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe red cherry and strawberry on the entry, not so much in the way of finesse but with a pleasing pastille-like finish."
