"Tasted blind. Very pale. Just a hint of toastiness on the nose. Nicely balanced with marked acidity and refreshment. Almost like a still Blanc de Blancs! Is this a Chablis? Neat finish. Seriously appetising and gentle rather than bludgeoning the palate. Long and racy."
