"The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc may not be most aromatic example of the variety you'll ever encounter, but it is pretty, elegant and balanced, which is more challenging to achieve. It offers delicate, pure flavors of elderflower and pear. While fairly light in body, it provides a pleasurable, succulent juiciness on the mid-palate that gives you something to get your teeth into."
