"The 2021 Brut Rosé Pinot Noir is a pure Pinot Noir grown on a gravel terrace of the River Thames, mixed with flint and clay on top of chalk. It was fermented spontaneously in 500-liter barrels and stayed on lees for 35 months. An unusual nose combines fresh berry with a lovely note of distant pine resin, lending a little boost to these berry notes. The palate is light and sprightly but beautifully fruity and pure, parading a deliciously enticing note of raspberry and summer pudding. Wonderfully aromatic, vividly engaging and utterly drinkable with hints of butter and suppleness. Dosage is 9.7 grams per liter. Disgorged: April 2025."

"Full bottle 1,603 g. 100% Pinot Noir. 100% barrel fermentation. 35 months sur lattes. Bottled 4 May 2022 and disgorged 29 April 2025. TA 8.1 g/l. RS 9.7 g/l. Richer, deeper, more intense than their blended rosé. This wine is surely the essence of English raspberries and strawberries. Elegant concentration of fruit. Sweetness entangled with spice and minty leaves and the sweet green of long grass and liquorice herbs. Tiny bubbles, as fine as crushed diamonds. Silky length. Superb."
