"One of the richer cuvées in the range is the 2022 Chablis 1er Cru Butteaux, a medium to full-bodied, broad and open-knit wine redolent of peach, yellow apple, citrus zest and flowers. Of course, it may tighten up with some more time in bottle."

"The 2022 Chablis Blanchot Grand Cru, located mid-slope from 30-35-year-old vines, has a very complex bouquet: Granny Smiths, struck flint, hints of oyster shell and seaweed developing with time in the glass. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, a little more weight than the Bougros but maybe not quite the same ethereal degree of mineralité. Nevertheless, this will age beautifully in bottle."
