"The 2024 Chablis Grands Terroirs comes from Les Pargues, Bas Chapelot and Fontenot, cropped at 20 hl/ha. Billaud was pleased that there was no botrytis this year. It has a fragrant nose with yellow plum, fern and light crushed stone scents emerging with time. The palate is fresh on the entry with a bright spine of acidity. Candied orange peel and citrus lemon bounce around on the zingy finish. There's great energy here. This is a well-made and delicious Chablis."
Neal Martin, June 2025, Vinous.com

"Open like the Petit Chablis, with a similar fruit profile but a little deeper and firmer. Tight, linear but not lean. A little creamier than the Petit Chablis, both in aroma and flavour, less stony-mineral, more rounded on the long finish. Moves from crisp to creamy in a smooth transition. Impressive concentration and length. "
Julia Harding, August 2025, JancisRobinson.com

"Made from the usual three locations. 25 hl/ha on average. A little bready yeast note on the nose along with its more classical components. Wonderful tension behind. The “they don’t make Chablis like they used to” grumblers should be satisfied. Crisp citrus notes infuse the finish. Drink from 2027-2030."

"Stony, precise and mineral with nice intensity of limey fruit. Really vivid with nice acidity. Chiselled."
