"There are only 300 bottles of the 2021 Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos, but the wine has turned out superbly, mingling aromas of citrus zest, clear honey, white flowers, wet stones, freshly baked bread and iodine in a classically Chablisien bouquet. Medium to full-bodied, deep and chalky, with prodigious reserves of dry extract, racy acids and a long, saline finish, anyone lucky enough to taste it will be delighted."
William Kelley, September 2023, RobertParker.com
"Moderate but not invasive wood is present on the cool and distinctly reserved nose of iodine, mineral reduction, citrus, Granny Smith apple and quinine. Once again there is outstanding volume to the powerful, compact and quite serious larger-scaled flavors that also brim with a borderline aggressive minerality on the youthfully austere, chiseled and strikingly persistent finish. I would suggest not even thinking about opening a bottle of this beauty for at least 5 years."
Allen Meadows, August 2023, Burghound.com
"I start to taste this but I still have the taste of Preuses in my mouth. This seems a little riper, richer, more full-bodied, but still has fabulous length and tension with a long, salty finish to balance the fruit intensity. Incredible length."
