"The 2022 Flors Di Uis is remarkably pretty, wafting up with an exotic blend of candied lime and tropical melon accentuated by hints of confectionary spice. It’s soft and round upon entry yet lifted in feel, with a core of zesty acidity to balance. Ripe peaches and minty herbs amass toward the close. The 2022 tapers off on a mineral note, medium in length and clean, leaving a pleasantly bitter lemony concentration to fade slowly. This is an understated vintage for Flors Di Uis. The lovely balance keeps me returning to the glass for more. It’s a blend of 55% Malvasia Istriana, 31% Rhein Riesling and 14% Friulano refined entirely in stainless steel."
