"The NV Rosé Pelorus offers a satisfying raspberry hue, a far cry from the world of barely-pink rosé that is du jour. It is unashamed in its fruity nose, which is all strawberries-meets-biscuits. Sadly, it lacks a little elegance on the palate, its dosage is a touch sweet and both its acid and mousse are rather puppy-dog assertive, leaving a crunchy conclusion."
