"The 2023 Chorey-lès-Beaune Village is a blend of two cuvées, one picked at the beginning and the other at the end of harvest. It has a pretty floral bouquet with a mixture of red and blueberry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, pure red cherries, crushed strawberry fruit and candied orange peel on the finish. Fine."

"A dense glowing purple. Considerable energy to the nose in a dark-fruited raspberry style. Started here for part of the Chorey vineyards. Has considerable muscle for this appellation, will be its usual super satisfying self. Enough acidity, tannins folded in, just a wealth of deep red fruit. Sunny but managed."
