"The 2022 Fiano di Bocca di Lupo is a model of purity, with a vivid blend of fresh pears and apples elevated by a whiff of chamomile, white flowers and flint. This is graceful yet complex, almost oily in texture, with a saline tinge up front that gives way to nectarine, apricot and lime. It leaves an enriching note of hazelnut on the finish, maintaining a wiry and youthfully tense frame as a salty flourish resonates and a refreshing note of chlorophyll lingers on. The Fiano di Bocca di Lupo is a wine of contrasts. What a beauty."
