"Classic Eden Valley powder puff and lime blossom florals to the nose and bone dry palate, with fresh squeezed, touch phenolic (in a good way) old-fashioned lemonade and a saline finish. Good drive and interest, with a small portion (2%) of oak-fermented press juice in an excellent long, mild growing season. Grapes were sourced from Craneford Vineyard, Eden Valley at 390-425m on shallow loamy sand over granite bedrock."
