"Over the past few years, sourcing for Bevan’s EE Red Wine has moved from Tench in Oakville to Sugarloaf in southern Napa. Fortunately, quality continues to rule. The 2023 EE Red Wine a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Cabernet Franc and 5% Merlot boasts floral, gently leafy scents alongside hints of violet, folding in mixed red and black cherries and even raspberries. It’s full-bodied but also pretty and charming, with a supple, silky mouthfeel and a long finish framed by softly dusty tannins. It’s terrific stuff."
