Critic reviews
"The 2023 Fourcas Dupré has a generous, finely delineated bouquet: a mixture of blueberry and blackberry fruit, pressed iris flower and camphor. The palate is medium-bodied and very cohesive on the entry, although the new oak just impedes across the mid-palate. It's quite chewy and sinewy with a dab of vanilla pod on the finish— just a tad drier than I would prefer. I might be tempted to give this a few years in the cellar."

"The 2023 Fourcas Dupré is rich, sumptuous and super-expressive, Inky, dark red fruit, white flowers, mint, chocolate and sweet spice are all dialed up in this decidedly flamboyant Listrac."
Antonio Galloni, April 2024, Vinous.com
"Pretty center-palate of ripe fruit with creamy tannins and a fruity finish. Balanced and complete."
James Suckling, April 2024, JamesSuckling.com
"Cabernet dominant aromatics set things up nicely here with restrained black fruits, and a feeling of slow-motion progression. Expect tar, liquorice, fennel, bitter black chocolate, this will age well, needs a good four or five years to soften."
