"The 2024 Haut-Bages Monpelou was tasted from two bottles. The first was a little volatile, but the second was tangibly better. This has blackberry and touches of autumn leaves on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy black fruit and a nicely composed, slightly piquant finish. It is worth seeking out."
