"The 2024 Lafaurie-Peyraguey has a well-defined bouquet with pure honey, peach skin and marmalade scents that blossom in the glass. Very fine delineation. The palate is taut and fresh, revealing notes of peach, pear, quince and mango laced with crushed stone. It eases off the accelerator on the stem ginger-tinged finish to furnish this Sauternes with a taut and tensile aftertaste. Classy and sophisticated."
