"The 2020 Vosne-Romanée Village is the finest rendition of this cuvée, derived largely from prime lieu-dit Aux Jachées, that Felettig has produced to date. Mingling aromas of dark berries will orange rind, exotic spices and forest floor, it's medium to full-bodied, velvety and enveloping, its powdery tannins entirely concealed in an ample core of fleshy, vibrant fruit."
William Kelley, January 2022
"The 2020 Vosne-Romanée Village is a blend of two parcels of Les Chalandins and Aux Jachées, next to Bizot, and contains 90% whole bunch this year. This was a little reduced on the nose, though the palate is expressive with bold black cherry and raspberry fruit, fine acidity with impressive structure on the finish. This will deserve 4-5 years in bottle."
Neal Martin, November 2021
"Firm reduction masks the underlying fruit. There is fine precision and underlying tension to the delicious medium weight flavors that offers more volume if less minerality on the saline-suffused and youthfully austere finale that exhibits fine depth and persistence. A quality villages."
Burghound, January 2022
"Cask sample. There's more density than the Chambolle premier cru. Appealing, appetising, fresh, dark-berry fruits combined with ripe tannins, crisp acidity and a long finish. Possibly GV. "
